Eligibility
Citizens that reside in Calcasieu Parish, Ward Four, District One. Proof of residence must be provided to enroll. Requirements for Proof of Residency.
You must provide at least two forms of proof of residency:
- A valid Louisiana Driver’s License or a valid Louisiana pictured identification card with your current address: and
- A current utility bill showing your address.
Any substitutions for these proofs of residency or any additional required proof of residency shall be at the discretion of Recreation District One.
